There are seven at-large Alumni Term Directors (ATDs) on the current LIAA Board. We are holding elections for three ATDs to begin their two-year terms in June 2026. 

Since we have a global alumni base, two of the LIAA Board’s seven Alumni Term Directors must be resident outside of the United States at the time of their election. For the term beginning June 2026 at least one of the newly elected Directors must live outside the United States.  

To nominate yourself, please submit your application here. Lauder alumni through the class of 2025 are eligible to run. 

Nomination submissions should include:

  • Name

  • Class Year

  • Program or Language Track

  • LinkedIn profile URL or a resume (Up to 20MB file size .pdf, .doc, or .docx)

  • Headshot (Up to 20MB file size .png, .jpg, or .jpg)

  • Current country of residence

  • Personal statement of 250 words or less including

    • Brief overview of who you are

    • Why you want to join the Board

    • What you see as your skill sets

    • Indication of Board Committee interest. Please indicate which of the five committees you may have interest in joining, and briefly highlight why. Our current Board Committees are Strategic Alumni Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Legal, Governance, and Long Term Funding.

  • Acknowledgement of the LIAA Code of Conduct.

Nomination submissions must be received by 11:59pm EDT on April 16, 2026. Candidates will be announced on April 21, 2026. Elections will run online from May 7-18, 2026 and the winners will be announced no later than May 22nd.
