Over the decades, Black Lauder alumni have joined the workforce in greater numbers and with great impact and success in their chosen fields. Fittingly, the theme for Black History Month this year is "African Americans and Labor", highlighting the many ways that work has been a central part of the Black American experience, including both voluntary and involuntary, skilled, and unskilled labor.
At this event, we will celebrate Black Lauder alumni successes in a panel discussion featuring four distinguished alumni. Moderated by the Dean of the Mercy University Business School, Victor Petenkemani ‘08, these alumni will share their journeys, achievements and the challenges they faced in a lunchtime discussion. Please join us for this in-person event hosted by Mercy University in Dobbs Ferry, NY, or for the livestream. If you are not able to attend live, it will be posted on the website shortly after the event.
