Mindset diversity refers to the variety of perspectives, attitudes, and cognitive approaches that individuals bring to a team. It acknowledges that people have different ways of thinking, problem-solving, and interpreting situations based on their experiences, backgrounds, cultures, and personalities. Much like with multicultural teams, when people with different mindsets come together, they bring a range of ideas and approaches to the table, leading to more robust decision-making processes and problem-solving strategies. During this eye-opening talk, we will learn about different aspects of mindset diversity through the lens of entrepreneurs and corporate “intrapreneurs”. Moreover, participants will learn how to recognize mindset differences, and to harness the skills and traits of an entrepreneurial mindset to unlock their potential to innovate and succeed.
